A 5K best and a GB vest

It's been a very long an enjoyable experience coming...but I can lastly Declare that I have been chosen to signify The United kingdom and Norther Eire at the 9th IAU 24hr globe tournament in Katowice, Belgium on Sept 8-9, 2012. To say I'm thrilled is an understatement. Who wouldn't be? I mean, have you observed the GB tracksuit ;-) Of Program it's a great honor and a privilidge too!

The competition begins at midday on Saturday, Sept 8. No Awards for speculating when it finishes!
The Program located in recreation area Śląski in Chorzów (there will be Awards for saying that correctly!) which is near to Katowice Town centre.The range of the coils is 1.554,56m. roughly ;-)Elevation user profile is + 6.4 yards and - 6.4 yards

I feel I have place enough kilometers in my thighs this 12 months and performing a lot much more at this stage would suggestion me to the darkside of overtrained. I don't intend on milling out any lengthier much more long/slow runs, so I'm just focusing on Health and fitness and speed.

I would also like to compliment everybody who went in MONTANE Lakeland 100 and Lakeland 50. congratulations to Terry Conway who killed his personal report in 19:50 - over two hours in front of 2nd location. Terry brought out of A week ago 100K. As I usually say, Every thing occurs for a cause. I speculate Terry will know the cause now. Also large great job to Scott Bradley, Dork Troman, JK and Andrew Cole.
