AM: 15 minutes w/u, 15 minutes c/d
2k @ 5:48 speed, 1 kilometer @ 6:20-6:25, 1 kilometer @ 5:45, 1 kilometer @ 6:25, 1300m @ 5:45 speed, 1 kilometer @ 6:20, 800m @ 5:33 speed, 1 kilometer @ 6:25, 400m @ 5:30 speed, + 6x150m strides

This exercise was carried out on my hilly speed cycle at 4:45am. There is no accurate recovery, you get over every period with a kilometer at race speed. although my race speed is (hopefully) quicker than this, this is what I could manage today.

It wound up that every and every "difficult effort" ended on Slope and most of the race moving "recovery" areas had been on the smooth or heading lower Slope. At the time that it was a small irritating Since the united parcel service wiped out typical speed on most of the difficult areas, but in the finish it's great for me...and general I nevertheless strike my times. because of Dallas for pressing me via it.
